 the right hammer makes quite a difference July 17, 2010

Good and bad but mostly good. the only bad was it took a few days for my forearm to get used a full size hammer. The good is that I feel like I got at least a third more work done and the hammer seemed as good as new after I finished my out door construction project. I cant emphasize enough, how much pain you avoid with good tools when doing a labor intensive, expensive project.

When I bought my first house I knew I'd need a real hammer, this one was on sale, so it won. It has not disappointed. I most recently used it to disassemble and beef up some shelving. The claw worked great for prying apart some of the boards. The hammer drove the new 3 inch nails with ease. I do believe the anti-vibration works, my arm wasn't sore at all like would have been with my smaller hammer.

Nothing fancy here. Just a hammer. I wanted a 20-ounce claw hammer, and that is what I got. I have others that I like better, but there is really nothing wrong with this one. Don't really know what I was expecting, but it is just a hammer.
