Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
This framing hammer features a titanium head, with a magnetized groove that holds the head of the nail while you set it, to protect your thumb and fingers. It's lightweight, at only 14 ounces, and has an ergonomic hickory handle to generate leverage.

5 out of 5 stars Give your elbow a break   January 7, 2006

I have been a carpenter for 12 yrs and have been plagued with tennis elbow. After switching to a titanium framing hammer I haven't had a twinge. I can't recommend highly enough this hammer. The only down side is the knurling on the face wears off in about a year. But with titanium I think thats just the way it is,(A co-worker has the "dead on" titanium and the face has worn at the same rate).
Throw away your old hammers and buy one of these your elbow will thank you.
