I bought this for exercising and using around the house- there is a website out there for using a sweater and good sledge hammer to work out, and it really works! Mainly upper body, but nice change from standard workouts. hammer works well, top is heavy, and handle is surprisingly light, but sturdy! Would be a great hammer for working out, and works well for pounding stakes as well.
